1. Data controller
The data controller is YPALLHLOS AI ("we"), based in Greece, which operates the website ypallhlosai.gr and the brand "YPALLHLOS AI". Contact: ypallhlosai@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
- Contact form: full name, company, phone, email, sector and the text you write to us.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, as logged by the hosting provider for security purposes.
- Advertising cookies: only if you accept them (see the Cookie Policy).
3. Why we process it
- To respond to your request and schedule the analysis call (pre-contractual measures, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- For the security and operation of the website (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f)).
- To measure the performance of our advertising (consent, Article 6(1)(a)).
4. Where it is stored and who sees it
Form data is stored in systems we operate on servers within the European Union. Only the YPALLHLOS AI sales team sees it. We do not sell it or pass it to third parties for their own purposes.
Processors: hosting provider (Vercel Inc.), email provider and, if you accepted advertising cookies, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.
5. How long we keep it
Form data is kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a collaboration follows, in which case it is kept for its duration and as long as tax law requires.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and to withdraw consent. Email ypallhlosai@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days. You may also contact the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
